• 1 head cauliflower, broken in small pieces
• 1 can peas
• 2/3 c. sliced radishes
• 3 stalks (single pieces) diced celery
• 1 small jar pimento, finely chopped
• 1 c. mayo or salad dressing
• 1/4 c. milk
• 1 small grated onion
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. pepper
