Haji Ali Sandwich- Indian Streetfoods / My Version recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 4 potatoes boiled and mashed
• add ½ teaspoon garlic
• ½ teaspoon green chili
• add :
• ½ teaspoon dhana
• ½ sp jeera
• pinch haldi
• salt
• green chutney :
• 1 bunch dhania (coriander)
• few green chilis ( depending on how strong you eat )
• 4 to 5 cloves garlic
• little whole jeera
• ½ to 1 lemon
• Add to a food processor and blits too a chutney paste
• Assemble :
• buttered bread on 1 side
• tomato slices
