• 4-Litre full fat milk for chana/paneer
• 4-cups sugar
• 3-cups water
• 2-tablespoon plain flour
• 3-tablespoon sugar dust
• 2-Lemon (juice taken)
• 1-cup Orange juice
• 4-drops orange flavor
• 3-drops orange eatable color
• 1-orange cut into small pieces to go inside the rosogolla
• 2-slice orange for decoration
• 1-Orang zest for garnishing
