• 250/330g (8.8/11.6oz) classic pizza dough
• 4-5 tbsp classic pizza sauce
• 1/2 tsp chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp cumin powder
• Handful of grated cheddar or shredded mozzarella
• 1/4 tin of mixed beans, or refried beans
• 1 small avocado, sliced
• 1 small gem lettuce, finely chopped
