Ingredients

• 6 tomatoes
• 2 large onions
• 2 to 3 inch piece ginger
• 8 to 10 pieces garlic
• 1 medium apple
• 6 green chilli
• 6 tbsp thick greek yogurt
• 4 tbsp milk powder
• 4 tbsp cream
• 1 & 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1 & 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 2 tsp (heaped) crushed red chilli
• 3 tbsp achar oil
• 1 & 1/2 tsp achar
• 3 bullit green chilli (chopped)
• 1 inch ginger (sliced)
• 4 tbsp fresh coriander
• 3/4 cup oil, ghee
