- 0.25 cup of fresh tarragon leaves
- 1 clove of garlic , crushed, peeled and finely grated
- 2 red radishes , thinly sliced
- 2 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of freshly ground black pepper
- 0.5 cup of toasted walnuts
- 1 package of toasted flatbread, such as pita , lavash, sangak or barbary
