Jean's Meatloaf - Kentucky Living

Ingredients

• 2 pounds ground chuck
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 2 heaping Tablespoons flour
• 2 slices bread
• Enough milk to saturate bread
• 1 medium onion, chopped
• 1 green pepper, chopped
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
