• 3 tbsp tomato paste
• 2 tbsp Calabrian chili paste (more or less to taste)
• ¼ cup dry white wine
• ½ cup heavy cream (or 20% fat cream)
• ½ cup grated Parmesan
• ½ cup basil leaves (chopped)
