- 2 Tbsp canola or other oil
- 10 lg mushrooms
- 2 green onions, minced
- 3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut in chunks
- 1/2 lb sliced bacon, cut in half
- 1 fresh pineapple cut in chunks, or can of pineapple chunks, drained
