Slow Cooker Lazy Day Stew

• 4 pounds Stewing Beef
• 4 cups baby red potatoes cut in half
• 10 ounce Frozen lima beans
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 teaspoons floor, quick cooking tapioca or other thickener
• 1 can tomatoe sauce 15 ounce
• 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
• 4 cups baby carrots
• 2 onions chopped
• 2 cups celery chopped
