Ingredients

• 2 medium onions
• 2 tsp butter
• 1 tsp caraway seeds
• 2 tbsp paprika
• ¼ cup flour
• 1 ½ lbs stewing beef, trimmed and cut into 1 inch cubes
• 2 cups beef broth
• 1 cup diced tomatoes
• 1 tsp salt
• ¼ tsp ground pepper
• 1 ½ cups diced carrots
• 3 cups diced potatoes
