Ingredients: Add in 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa green chilli 🌶 paste 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic; 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa red ♥️ ginger 🫚 garlic; 2tbl lemon 🍋 juice; 1½kg chicken mince; 2 teaspoons Kashmiri chilli 🌶 powder; 2 teaspoons hot chilli powder; 1½teaspoon salt; 2 teaspoons @purespice_sa dhana jeeroo; 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa garam masala; 2 teaspoons @purespice_sa curry powder blend; Add in 1 cup liquidised tomatoes 🍅; ¼ cup Tomato 🍅 puree; ½ cup sour milk; 2 grated carrots 🥕; 1 red and 1 green pepper chopped; 1 cup frozen peas.; Sprinkle fried onions 🌰 and blobs of butter and dhania (coriander). Cover with foil Steam at 180⁰ for 40 minutes.
