Ingredients

• ½ cup fresh strawberries (and/or raspberries (or frozen & thawed))
• ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil*
• 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
• 2 tsp honey
• ¼ tsp onion powder
• ½ tsp Dijon mustard
• pinch of salt
• 2 tsp poppy seeds (stir in)
• 1-2 cups chopped kale
• ½ red apple (chopped)
• ¼ cup celery (sliced)
• ¼ cup mandarin slices
• ¼ cup slivered almonds
• ½ cup feta cheese
