• 700 - 800g ground beef (chuck roll, chuck, etc.)
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 2 cloves garlic (melted)
• ¾ cup breadcrumbs
• 1 egg (optional)
• 1 tbsp Ketchup KYKNOS
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar or white wine
• A little dry oregano or thyme
• Olive oil
• Salt, freshly ground pepper
• Pickled or caramelized onions
• 4-6 slices tomato
• 4-6 lettuce leaves
• 4-6 slices cheddar cheese
• 4-6 tbsps. ketchup KYKNOS
• A little mayonnaise
• A little mustard (optional)
• 4-6 burger buns
