Ingredients

• quail eggs - 8 pcs.
• olive oil - 1 cup
• cloves - 2 - 3 cloves
• vinegar - 3 tbsp.
• parsley - 1 handful of leaves
• garlic - 3 cloves
• black pepper - 2 grains
• bay leaf - 1 pc.
• baby spinach - 2 handfuls
• arugula - 1 - 2 handfuls
• salad leaves - 1 - 2 handfuls fresh
• tomatoes - 2 pcs.
• cucumbers - 1/2 pcs.
• nuts - 5 tbsp. mix (pine nuts, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, sesame seeds)
• blue cheese - 2.1 oz (60 g)
• balsamic vinegar - by taste
• salt - by taste
• honey - 1 tbsp. optional
