Name: ice coffee granita
Ingredients: 1.5 cups ‘ready brewed’ iced coffee; 1/2 cup of your favorite dairy sweetener; Combine the coffee and sweetener – mix; Pour into an ice cube tray and freeze; Take the tray out of the freezer about 10 minutes before serving; Add as many cubes as you like to a processor, and whiz until you have a beautiful, slushy & icy texture; Spoon into a pretty glass and serve
