• 1 large egg
• 1/3 cup (80ml) milk
• 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey
• 6 slices bacon, preferably thick-cut
• 1 pint (2 cups / 340g) cherry tomatoes, halved
• 1 cup (115g) shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 avocado, diced
• 1/4 cup (15g) chopped fresh cilantro
• 3 tablespoons (45ml) lime juice, freshly squeezed
• 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive oil
• 1 tablespoon (15ml) honey
• 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
