Caramel Top Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 3/4 cup White Sugar
• 1 cup Vegetable Oil
• 3 large Eggs
• 1 tsp Vanilla
• 2 cups Flour
• 1 tsp Baking Soda
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
• 3/4 tsp Allspice
• 3/4 tsp Nutmeg
• 1/3 tsp Cloves
• 6 Peeled Apples Chop into very small pieces
• 3/4 Cup Walnuts Chop into small pieces
• 1/2 Cup Butter
• 1 Cup Brown Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Whole Milk
• 1 3/4 - 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
