• 1/4 tsp of salt 2 tbsp of oil
• 1 1/2 cups of milk
• butter for coating
• 2 tbsp of Nutella
• 2 tbsp of crushed walnuts
• 1/2 of a banana, sliced
• 1 tbsp of maple syrup
• 2 tsp of confectioners sugar
