• grated zest of 1/2 a small lime
• 1 teaspoon lime juice
• 3 scallions, white and pale-green parts only, sliced
• 1 teaspoon hot sauce
• 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt
• 1 cup vegetable broth or cold water
• 3⁄4 teaspoon salt
