• 2/3 cup corn syrup
• 2/3 cup whipping cream
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 1/2 cups pecan halves
• Topping
• 1/2 cup whipping cream
• 4 oz chopped semi-sweet chocolate
• 1 tbsp corn syrup
