Toasted Steak Sandwich recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 500g topside steak (pieces)
• 1 onion (sliced)
• 1 piece taj
• ½ tablespoon red ginger garlic masala
• 1 teaspoon dhana jeeroo powder
• ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 ½ teaspoon chilli powder
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon mustard powder
• 1 tablespoon brown vinegar
• 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
• 1 tablespoon mustard sauce
• 3 tomatoes (liquidized)
• Also needed-
• Sliced cheese
• 3 large potatoes (cut into fat chips)
• Salt and chilli powder (to taste)
• Tomato sauce
• White sliced Bread
