Ingredients

• 1 638g package Furlani Garlic Texas Toast
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 yellow onion, diced
• 2 carrots, diced
• 2 celery stocks, diced
• 454 g ground beef
• 1 28 oz can tomatoes
• ½ cup beef stock
• 1 tsp sugar
• ½ tsp crushed red pepper
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 12 slices mozzarella cheese
• ½ cup chopped parsley for seasoning
