Crispy Cajun Potato Wedges - ScottyBrand

Ingredients

• 1 bag of 2kg Scotty Brand Potatoes (3 large potatoes used for above serving)
• 200g Scotty Brand Frozen Garden Peas
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2.5 tbsp melted butter
• Seasoning: 2 tsp of spice kitchen Cajun spice, ½ cumin, 1 tsp salt, oregano.
• 1 tbsp crushed garlic
• For the pea dip: 1/2 lemon and zest, 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt, handful of fresh min, 1/2 tsp of mint sauce, Seasoning: ½ tsp pepper, dry mint, zaatar. 1 tsp salt.
