Ingredients

• 2 Scotty Brand Mashed Potato (chilled range)
• 2 tbsp oil
• 500g beef mince
• salt & pepper
• 2 carrots
• 1 onion
• 3 stalks celery
• 1 tbsp mixed herbs
• 3 garlic cloves
• 2 tbsp tomato purée
• 1 tsp marmite
• 2 tbsp plain flour
• 1 beef stock cube in 500ml water
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 2 bay leaves
• 150g frozen peas
• Parmesan, cheddar cheese, butter (optional topping)
