• 2 tablespoon Grated onion
• 2 teaspoon Salt

• 3 cups Shredded American cheese
• 2 tablespoon Butter or margarine
• 1 tablespoon Flour
• ½ teaspoon Salt
• 1 cups Dairy sour cream
• 1 cups Dry white wine
