• 3 tbsp molasses
• 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
• 2 tsp baking soda
• 2 cups flour
• granulated brown sugar (garnish, optional)
• 1 egg white
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 tbsp eggnog
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• ¼ tsp nutmeg
