Ingredients

• 4 fresh tomatoes, seeded and diced
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 2/3 cup chopped fresh basil
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1/4 teaspoons each salt and pepper
• 2/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
• 1 loaf French bread, cut into 1 inch slices, toasted
