Lemon Herb Roast Chicken - My Eager Eats

Ingredients

• 1 tbsp fresh thyme
• 2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped fine)
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1 tsp rosemary
• 1 tsp oregano
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper
• 3 garlic cloves (chopped fine)
• 1 Lemon (use the juice save the rind)
• ¼ tsp Browning ( google it but its for gravy)
• 1 Medium Chicken Butterflied
• 2 tsp seasoning salt
• 2 tsp all purpose seasoning
• 1 tsp white pepper
