Tahini Chocolate Truffles | Recipes | Roland Foods

Ingredients

• 1lb dark chocolate, 63% or higher
• 2 cups Roland® Fine Tahini or Roland® Organic Fine Tahini , stirred
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon kosher salt
• ½ cup natural unsweetened cocoa powder
• Melt chocolate in a double boiler over medium heat until smooth
• Add tahini, cinnamon, and salt and mix until blended. Pour ganache in a shallow baking dish and let chill until set
• Scoop small rounds and roll in cocoa powder
• Enjoy!
