Not Your Mum's Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 2 lb. ground beef
• 2 eggs
• lightly beaten
• 1 medium onion
• finely chopped
• 2 tbsp.
• plus 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 ½ tsp. Colman’s Dry Mustard Powder
• ½ tsp. freshly ground pepper
• 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs
• ¾ cup beef broth
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• ¼ cup ketchup
