Ingredients

• 2 Brinjal (Cut in round slices)
• 2 potatoes (Cut in round slices and half boiled)
• 2 capsicum sliced in round
• 1/2 kg mince beef
• 1/2 kg tomatoes (blended)
• 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 1 t garlic chopped
• 1 t salt
• 1/2 t crush red pepper
• 1/2 t black pepper
• 1 t oregano
• 1/2 t thyme
• 3 cups white sauce
• 1 cup shreded cheese
