Unlike other Cream of whatever soup substitutes that involve a roux, this cream of bacon substitute one is dairy-free, gluten free, vegan!
Ingredients

- 1/3 cup dry red lentils
- 1/3 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 Tbsp vegan chicken bouillon powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 cup vegan bacon bits (divided)
