• 2 (15-ounce) cans red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 (10-ounce) package frozen yellow corn, barely thawed
• 1/4 to 1/2 (15-ounce) can salsa, heat to taste (I use S & W)
• 1 (2-ounce) bunch cilantro, or to taste, chopped
• 1 red onion, finely chopped
• lemon juice, to taste
• balsamic vinegar, to taste
