Baked Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredients

• 1 lb macaroni boiled al dente, according to pkg. directions
• 2 cups white sauce (recipe below)
• 2 cups yellow cheddar
• 2 cups Muenster cheese
• 2 cups heavy cream (2 half pints)
• 2 cups milk
• 8 tbsp butter
• 6 tbsp flour
