- 1/4 head white cabbage (yields approximately 1/2 cup shredded cabbage)
- 1/4 head red cabbage (yields approximately 1/2 cup shredded cabbage)
- 3 peeled carrots
- 1 small trimmed zucchini
- 1 large green pepper
- 8 washed and trimmed radishes
- 4 green onions
- 2-ounce container Wonder Shot – Ginger
- 1/4 cup Gefen Sesame Oil
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons Gefen Honey
- 1 clove garlic, minced, or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- black and white sesame seeds
