- 1/4 cup Balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup fine bread crumbs
- 3 ounces complimentary (not free) cheese(s), crumbled or cubed
