- -Zafran (Saffron strands) ½ tsp
- -Himalayan pink salt ½ tbs or to taste
- -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- -Garam masala powder ½ tsp
- -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- -Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
