Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups (625 mL) ground OREO Cookies (about 35 cookies)
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) butter, melted
- 1/2 cup 125 (mL) white sugar
- 2 packages (4 cups or 954 mL) cream cheese
- 1/2 cup (125 mL) icing sugar
- 2/3 cup (160 mL) peanut butter
- 2 cups (500 mL) heavy whipping cream
- 4-6 tbsp (60-90mL) sugar
- 2 tsp (10 mL) vanilla
- 6 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups, quartered
