• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 2 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 cup boiling water
• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 1/2 cup shortening
• 4 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 2-3 tbsp milk
• Black and white fondant for decorating
