Ingredients

• 1 package of yellow or white cake mix (plus any additions specified on the package like eggs, water, oil, etc.)
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional, to give the batter a hint of spice)
• 1/2 cup butter (melted, unsalted)
• 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
• 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
• 1 teaspoon extract of vanilla
• 4 ounces softened cream cheese
• 1 cup sifted powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 3 tablespoons milk (add more or less depending on thickness desired)
