- 1 tbsp Active Dry Yeast
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Sourdough Starter (100% hydration) at room temperature
- 5 ½ tbsp Butter
- 2 cups Warm Water
- ¼ cup Corn Meal
