• 1 1/4 cup water
• 1 cup peaches, chopped
• 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
• 1/8 cup Peppadew Peppers, can substitute or pickled cherry or sweet red peppers, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup baby arugula leaves
