Luigis Bean Soup

Ingredients

• 1/2 ts Black Pepper freshly ground
• 2 tb olive oil
• 1 Stalk celery coarsely chopped
• 1 Branches basil (1/4 cup)
• 3 lg cloves garlic coarsely chopped
• Black pepper
• 1 1/2 ts Salt
• 2 md tomatoes coarsely chopped
• 2 Scallions coarsely chopped
• Parmesan Freshly grated, or aged goat cheese
• 2 c Dried navy beans
