Ingredients

• 1/2 a minced onion
• 1 tablespoon of butter
• a few of my precious slow roasted tomatoes
• 1 quart of the tomato puree
• 1 cup of half and half
• 2 tablespoons of honey
• 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
