Raspberry Linzer Cookie Cups – Recipe Wise

Ingredients

• 1 cup confectioners ' sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups pecans ( toasted and ground finely in food processor )
• 2 jars red raspberry jam with seeds
