Ingredients

• 1-3/4 to 2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 envelope Fleischmann’s® Pizza Yeast OR Fleischmann’s® Quick Rise Yeast
• 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 2/3 cup very warm (120° to 130°F)* Mazola Vegetable Oil
• 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 2 tablespoons sour cream
• 1/2 teaspoon celery salt, divided
• 1 tablespoon Mazola Canola Oil
• 1 cup sliced onion
• 1 cup sliced green bell pepper
• 1 cup sliced mushrooms
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/4 teaspoon black fine grind pepper
• 1/2 pound deli roast beef
• 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
• Pasteurized American flavored cheese snack (aerosol), optional
