Pumpkin Spice Cake – Spice Pots

Ingredients
- 300g plain flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
- 4 tsp Sweet Spice blend
- ½ tsp salt
- 200g unsalted butter, softened
- 275g light brown sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 500g pumpkin or butternut squash flesh (peeled weight), grated
- 100g pecans, toasted & chopped
- 1 orange, peel zested into ribbons and juiced
- 200g cream cheese, softened
- 80g unsalted butter, softened
- 40g icing sugar, sifted
