• 1/2 cup olive oil

• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 pound of chicken, cut into 1-inch squares

• 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1-inch squares
• 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch squares
• 1 zucchini, sliced
