• 6 Bakers Delight White Round Rolls
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 500g ground beef (or turkey for a leaner option)
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 can (400g) black beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 tsp chili powder
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tsp paprika
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1/2 cup tomato paste
• 1/4 cup (60ml) beef or vegetable broth
• 1 cup shredded cheese
• 1 avocado, sliced
• 1/2 cup corn kernels
• Fresh coriander, for garnish
